Installer | High-End Fitting & Bespoke Interiors

£35,000–£37,000 per annum | Full-time, 5 days per week

Are you an experienced kitchen fitter or installer who takes pride in precision, quality and attention to detail?

We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Installer/ carpenter to join a specialist manufacturing business.

This role would suit someone from a high-end kitchen fitting background who is confident measuring, fitting bespoke products and delivering exceptional results in customers’ homes. You’ll receive the opportunity to transfer your existing skills into a specialist environment, working on unique projects across the UK, Europe and worldwide.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for surveying, measuring and installing high end products ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards. You’ll work directly with clients, represent a premium brand and take ownership of installations from start to finish.

When you’re not travelling, you’ll support the production team with product assembly and occasionally assist with bespoke engineering projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a high-end kitchen fitter, installer, bespoke joiner or similar skilled tradesperson.
  • Excellent practical skills, including accurate measuring, fitting and using hand and power tools.
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in producing a high-quality finish.
  • Confidence working independently and resolving problems on site.
  • A professional, customer-focused approach and the ability to work in premium environments.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK and internationally.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Experience in luxury interiors, bespoke furniture or soft furnishings would be beneficial, but is not essential.
