Drylining & Internal Fit-Out Supervisor

About the Role

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, Expert Site Services Ltd is looking for an experienced Drylining & Internal Fit-Out Supervisor to join our team.

This is a site-based, hands-off supervisory role, reporting directly to the Project Manager and overseeing drylining and fit-out teams on modular construction projects throughout the UK.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual with a strong background in drylining, partition systems and internal fit-out works, who can maintain high-quality standards while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Supervise drylining and internal fit-out teams on modular construction projects.

✔ Report directly to the Project Manager on site progress, quality and programme performance.

✔ Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and installation details.

✔ Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

✔ Carry out QA inspections, site audits and quality documentation.

✔ Monitor and enforce Health & Safety compliance on site.

✔ Coordinate site activities to ensure efficient project delivery.

✔ Liaise professionally with clients, contractors and site stakeholders.

✔ Identify and resolve issues to maintain programme and quality targets.

✔ Travel nationally to support projects as required.

What We're Looking For Essential:

  • Valid Supervisor CSCS Card.
  • Previous experience supervising drylining and internal fit-out teams.
  • Strong knowledge of partition and lining systems from manufacturers such as Siniat, British Gypsum, Knauf and similar.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Experience completing QA inspections and site audits.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Basic IT skills, including email, tablets and digital reporting systems.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within the modular construction sector.
  • Knowledge of modular building assembly and installation processes.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
