Full job description

We’re looking for a permanent, full time Carpenter. The role involves being responsible for the effective and efficient repairs of all Carpentry duties, including all associated works within both occupied and void properties using the required tools.

Salary from: £32,021.58 (Plus Trade+ earnings for additional skills)

Working Hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday-Thursday, 08:00-14:30 finish on Fridays

Please be aware that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work – a company vehicle is provided.

Duties:

· Installation of doors (Internal and external)

· uPVC windows ( repair/ renew)

· Glass (install of double glazed units and glass)

· Locks, friction hinges and all associated door and window furniture

· Floor levelling and laying of floor tiles

· Ceramic tiling

· Basic painting and decorating skills

Candidates must have the following:

· Trade-specific qualifications OR a proven track record to reflect appropriate trade experience with carpentry.

· Full UK Driving License

· A good knowledge of property repairs

· Good understanding and knowledge of basic health and safety

· Experience of property maintenance

Contract: Full time and permanent.
