Full job description

We have been awarded a bathroom replacement contract for Falkirk Council and are recruiting joiners that have experience in social housing improvements. The contract is for a duration of 4 years and offers stable long-term employment.

The candidates must have experience and knowledge of bathroom replacements to occupied properties and be able to install a bathroom in ONE day.

The description of works that are required to be undertaken are as follows:

· Install wet wall panels (joint trims)

· Frame bulkhead

· Frame and fit bath panel

· Plywood to floor

· Pipeboxing (occasionally)

· Renew joists (occasionally)

The above description is an indication and the scope of works varies on each bathroom

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £200.00 per day

Experience:

  • Refurbishment: 5 years (required)
