Full job description

Full-Time | Permanent | UK-Wide Travel | Dinnington, Sheffield Based

Are you a skilled joiner, kitchen fitter, or an experienced installation team who takes real pride in a job done properly?

We're looking for either a highly skilled individual or an established team of installers with an exceptional eye for detail, excellent practical skills, and a passion for quality workmanship.

Whether you're an experienced joiner looking for a new opportunity, a kitchen fitter with precision installation skills, or a reliable team who already work well together, we'd love to hear from you.

Previous glazing experience is a bonus, but it's your craftsmanship, attitude, reliability, and attention to detail that matter most.

Location is important: We're looking for individuals or teams based within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Dinnington, Sheffield, who are also happy to travel across the UK on a regular basis.

This is a nationwide installation role, involving regular travel and frequent overnight hotel stays. You must be genuinely comfortable working away from home throughout the working week. Flexibility is essential.

Who We Are

We are the UK's leading specialists in bespoke Secondary Glazing Systems, delivering premium-quality products and exceptional service to commercial clients nationwide.

From consultation and design through to manufacture and installation, we provide a complete turnkey solution. Our reputation is built on quality, precision, and doing things right first time.

We set high standards, and we're looking for individuals or teams who share them.

The Role

You'll be responsible for installing premium secondary glazing systems on commercial projects across the UK, either working as part of our existing installation team or, if applying as an established team, working together to deliver installations to our exacting standards.

This isn't an opportunity for people who simply want to get the job finished. We're looking for skilled tradespeople who take ownership of their work, care about the smallest details, and deliver an outstanding finish every time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing bespoke secondary glazing systems to exceptional standards of accuracy and finish.
  • Ensuring perfect alignment, sealing, operation, and overall presentation.
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding.
  • Working professionally and efficiently on commercial sites.
  • Representing the company to the highest standards when dealing with clients.
  • Following site health & safety procedures and completing relevant job documentation.
  • Working effectively either independently or as part of a professional installation team.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from both individual tradespeople and established installation teams.

Essential

  • Proven experience in skilled joinery, kitchen fitting, or high-quality installation work.
  • Excellent practical skills and confidence using professional tools.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and genuine pride in workmanship.
  • A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Full UK driving licence (at least one driver for team applications).
  • Based within a reasonable travelling distance of Dinnington, Sheffield.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide, including frequent overnight stays in hotels.
  • Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work to demanding standards.

Desirable

  • Experience installing windows, doors, glazing, or similar precision products.
  • Previous experience on commercial construction sites.
  • CSCS card or equivalent.
  • Experience working together as an established installation team.
