We require a full time experienced bench joiner able to undertake all aspects of furniture manufacturing. An ideal candidate will have experience operating a table saw, edgebander, borer, spindle moulder, planer thicknesser, various sanding equipment and power tools.you would be expected to have a good knowledge of materials such as mdf and chipboard decorative panels, veneer, hardwood, compact laminate and corian. Competent in following detailed drawings, working to deadlines, under pressure, able to put in additional hours as and when required. We require a minimum 3 years experience working in a joinery based role. This is a workshop based role however, site work may be occasionally required if the site team needs additional support.

At supellex we have a large variety of work and you will be expected to have experience in some of the following fields.

Fixed/banquette seating, sofas, beds and upholstered frames

chair and table top manufacturing using a variety of hardwoods such as beech, ash, oak and walnut.

cabinet making such as counters and waiter stations

kitchen and bedroom furniture - mfc carcass, wardrobes, desks, cabin beds etc.

Expected hours: Permanent, Full-time, 39hrs per week

Hours Monday to thursday 7am - 4pm friday 7-12

The role is Monday to friday with midweek and weekend overtime available on request

Salary is dependent on experience and skill set
