About the Role:

As a Multiskilled Carpenter, you'll be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance tasks in both commercial and domestic properties across South Wales. In addition to carpentry, you'll also be expected to tackle various other duties as needed, such as plumbing, patching / painting and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute repairs with precision and craftsmanship.
• Conduct a wide range of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and work independently when required.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
• Utilise IT skills for efficient record-keeping and communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry or related fields.
• Own tools and equipment.
• Proficient in trade knowledge and techniques.
• Familiarity with materials, products, and tools relevant to the trade.
• Previous experience in Reactive Maintenance preferred.
• Positive attitude and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in IT, including the use of handheld devices.
• City & Guilds or NVQ2 certification preferred.
• Held a Full UK Driving Licence for 2 years or more.
