Carpenter jobs in Sunninghill

We are looking for a competent and experienced bench joiner to join our team producing bespoke products. Day-to-day responsibilities will include assembling products such as doors and windows, operating woodworking machinery and measuring, cutting, shaping and joining timber materials. The ideal candidate must have joiner/carpenter experience, be able to read and interpret technical drawings and plans and should have a thorough understanding of joinery techniques. The role will include using both traditional and modern joinery methods and will involve shooting in windows and doors and fitting the required locks and other specialist hardware.

Requirements:
· Proven experience as a joiner, using relevant machinery and various hand and power tools.

· Able to work efficiently to specifications without supervision.

· Knowledge of timber products and how they are manufactured.

· Maintain a high standard of workmanship, requiring keen attention to detail.

· Ability to complete projects on time to a high quality and meet deadlines.

· Perform heavy lifting as required.

· Work closely with other members of the team to ensure smooth workflow.

· Interpret and follow technical drawings accurately.
