Duties and Responsibilities

You will be developing frames and Jigs together with operating a late configuration unit to support on site furniture production, working to high standards in machining and assembly processes. This position requires familiarity with both hand tools and power tools, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build on their existing carpentry experience in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Make furniture frames using power and hand tools. Fitting frames, rails and internal drawers ensuring adherence at all times to our high quality standards.
  • Support warehouse operations, including the organisation and movement of materials and finished goods.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow throughout the production line.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety regulations.

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to production processes.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years joinery experience.
  • Previous experience in a furniture manufacturing environment is preferable.
  • Strong joinery knowledge, particularly in operating hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, whilst also being self-motivated.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high quality work.

Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
