Job overview

  • The successful candidate will work directly alongside the Production Supervisor, and report to the Production Manager within the Operations Team.
  • someone with knowledge of wood working machinery operations and woodwork experience. Fully competent in the use of hand and power tools. with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar working environment.
  • A good knowledge of wood working machinery operations, such as Drum Sanders, Band Saws, Cross-Cut Mitre Saws and Planers. Fully competent in the use of hand and power tools. with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar working environment and ideally qualified to minimum NVQ level 2.
  • You will have the ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and data. Any previous experience working within CNC would be advantageous.
  • You will have a positive, can-do attitude and will be a self-motivated team player
  • You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our bespoke equipment is built to schedule and to a high-standard.

Working hours

Monday - Thursday 7.00 am – 5.00 pm

Friday 7:00 am – 11:30 am. Overtime is available.

Hourly rates between £12.50 - £14.50 basic
