Joiner/ Handyman Required Immediately– Manchester, M33

£22 Per Hour | Starting Monday 2nd November

We are looking for an experienced Joiner/ Handyman to work on the refurbishment of a Health Centre in Manchester (M33), starting Monday 2nd November.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a local, established company specialising in commercial refurbishments, with projects ranging from health centres and schools to pubs and other commercial properties.

Location: Manchester, M33
Start Date: Monday 2nd November 2026
Duration: 4+ weeks, with further work to follow
Rate: £22 per hour
Parking: Free on-site parking

Duties will include:

  • All aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery
  • Installing plasterboard
  • Constructing timber and metal stud partition walls
  • Removing and dismantling existing walls and partitions
  • General refurbishment and making-good works
  • Manual handling and assisting with other site duties as required

Requirements:

  • Valid Skilled CSCS Card
  • Previous experience in commercial refurbishment
  • Full set of joinery tools
  • Full driving licence and own transport
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently

ONGOING WORK AVAILABLE

Following completion of this project, there will be further work available on other fit out/ refurbishment projects in Manchester, with free parking also provided.
