Carpet fitting jobs in Bourne

A carpet & flooring fitter is required to join our well established carpet and flooring Shop/business in the Nottingham area. We are looking to employ an experienced, hardworking candidate.

The candidate must be experience in:

• Fitting domestic carpets
• Vinyl sheet, cushion flooring, LVT, Karndean fitting
• Sub floor preparation, screed and plywood fitting.
• Wood flooring is preferable but not essential.
• Safety flooring, cap and coving, commercial work is beneficial
• Measuring and numeracy skills, the ability to read diagrams and plans

As an employee you will be expected to work in the properties of our clients, it is essential that we are able to trust you to deliver a first rate service.

Hours: The working hours will vary across Monday to Friday, flexibility to work weekends is preferable as & when required depending on our client’s needs.

You must be polite, courteous, reliable, punctual, have good communication skills and be well organised.

Full drivers license required.

A van, tools and workwear will be provided however owning or use of your own van and tools would be beneficial.

After a probation period, if successful, you will be offered a permanent role within the business, this will give you the chance to gain experience, further your skills and receive opportunities to go onto development courses in order to keep your skills fresh and up to date on the latest practices.

Wages are subjected to experience and skill levels.
