Carpet fitting jobs in Crawley

We have a great opportunity to join our team at Goldin Construction, we are looking for an experienced Floor Layer/ Multi Trade Operative to join our maintenance and services company based in the Southeast of England.

The position requires travelling around various commercial sites in Southeast of England, including London areas. Due to the nature of the works, most of the works will be Out of Hours/ night work.

Skills/Experience required:

• Qualifications and/or experience in a similar position
• Able to work to a high standard
• Punctual & great communication skills
• CSCS Training
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities and Duties: include:

• Measuring and preparing floor surfaces for installation
• Fitting a range of flooring types including [carpet, vinyl, laminate, ceramic, hardwood, etc.]
• Perform a variety of multi skilled trades duties in the repair, and maintenance of buildings and facilities
• Ensuring a high standard of finish with attention to detail
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Floor Layer/ Multi Trade Engineer
• Knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: £39,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
