Floor Layer / Multi-Trade Operative

Location: London & South Coast

We're looking for an experienced Floor Layer with Multi-Trade experience to join our growing team delivering high-quality work across London and the South Coast. Working primarily within occupied and void properties, you'll carry out flooring installations alongside general multi-trade repairs to support our social housing contracts.

What you'll be doing

• Installing a range of floor coverings to a high standard.
• Carrying out multi-trade repairs as required.
• Working efficiently in occupied and void properties.
• Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Working safely and in line with company health and safety procedures.

Essential Criteria

• Proven experience as a Floor Layer.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Desirable Criteria

• Previous experience working within a social housing environment.
• Experience installing sheet vinyl flooring, including cap and cove.
• Experience carrying out hot welding.
• Carpet fitting experience.
• Additional multi-trade skills.
