About us

Floor Express is a busy carpet and flooring shop in Manchester established over 16 years.

Floor Express is looking for a carpet fitter to join our team!

You will be required to install carpet at various residential addresses in and around Manchester. Ideal candidate will have their own van.

Duties include:

  • Perform carpet installation in accordance with plans and specifications
  • Adhere to company policies regarding safety, quality control, and professional standards
  • Work in a respectful, professional manner in people's homes
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years carpet fitting experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manchester, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
