Temp All Staffing are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing flooring specialist for a skilled and reliable Flooring / Carpet Fitter. This is a permanent, secure position within a supportive team environment.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Flooring and Carpet Fitter to install a wide range of flooring solutions across a large regional territory. You will represent the company on various sites, delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Fit a variety of flooring materials including carpets, vinyl, LVT, and laminate.
• Prepare subfloors, including screeding, ply-boarding, and applying underlay.
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately to minimise waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment on site.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and site managers.
• Manage and maintain your assigned company vehicle and equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Floor / Carpet Fitter.
• Proficient in fitting carpets, vinyl, LVT and other common flooring types.
• Full, clean UK driving license (essential for regional travel).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
