Carpet/Vinyl Fitter (Experienced) – Residential Work | Excellent Rates
We are currently recruiting experienced Carpet Fitters to join our team covering Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne, Ferndown and surrounding areas.
The Role
This is primarily residential work (around 99%), so we are looking for fitters who take pride in delivering high-quality finishes and are professional when working in customers’ homes.
We also sell LVT and do occasional commercial projects. Experience in these is beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Install carpets to a high standard in residential properties
- Deliver excellent customer service in occupied homes
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Represent the business professionally on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience in carpet fitting (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Own tools and transport preferred
Desirable Skills
- Screeding, ply boarding
- LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) fitting (Karndean, Polyflor, etc)
- Commercial flooring experience (wet rooms, commercial LVT/Carpeting)
