Carpet Fitter / Flooring Installer

Location: Lincoln (and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Carpet Fitter / Flooring Installer to join our growing team. The role involves fitting a range of flooring types in both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Fitting carpets, safety flooring, LVT and other flooring types
  • Preparing subfloors and work areas
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship and finishes
  • Maintaining a clean and professional work environment
  • Providing good customer service on site

Requirements:

  • Proven experience fitting carpets, safety flooring and LVT
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good timekeeping and reliability
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual work
