Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Carpet Layers to join our team in Sydney, Australia. This role involves the installation of various types of Natural Flat Woven Carpets in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties
- Measure and cut carpet materials according to specifications and schematics.
- Prepare surfaces for carpet installation by ensuring they are clean, dry, and free from debris.
- Lay carpets using appropriate techniques and tools, ensuring a smooth and professional finish.
- Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and fitting carpet materials.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the installation process.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Carpet Layer or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and other equipment relevant to carpet installation.
- Familiarity with reading schematics and understanding floor plans.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
