Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, qualified flooring fitter to join our network of trusted professionals. You will be responsible for fitting carpet, vinyl, and laminate flooring across residential properties in Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. There will be the need for some travel. You will work closely with our office team, but have the flexibility to schedule your own fitting appointments. Customers pay you directly for your work, while we supply all materials and weekly work assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fit carpet, vinyl, and laminate flooring to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage your own schedule while coordinating with our office team.
  • Receive product deliveries to your unit from our company.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and our office staff.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment during installations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified flooring fitter with proven experience in carpet, vinyl, and laminate installations.
  • Own a van, tools, and appropriate insurance.
  • Reliable, consistent, and professional in all interactions.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the office team.
  • Flexible approach to work across Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire
