At Horizons Casino, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences in one of London's most welcoming and professional gaming environments. As an independently owned casino in the heart of Leicester Square, our people are at the centre of everything we do.

We're currently looking for experienced Gaming Staff to join our Gaming Team. Whether you're an accomplished Dealer ready for your next challenge or an experienced Dealer-Inspector, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

Dealer Applicants

  • Minimum 5 years' casino dealing experience
  • Highly competent in:
  • Roulette
  • Blackjack
  • Baccarat
  • Excellent technical dealing standards
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Positive, reliable and team-focused approach

Dealer-Inspector Applicants

  • Minimum 5 years' casino experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an Inspector or Supervisor role
  • Expert knowledge of:
  • Roulette
  • Blackjack
  • Baccarat
  • Strong leadership and game management skills
  • Ability to coach, support and motivate colleagues
  • Exceptional customer service and decision-making ability

Essential Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Valid Personal Functional Licence (PFL)
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and bank holidays
  • Passion for delivering first-class guest experiences
  • A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards
