Job Summary

Duty Manager – Supercube Glasgow

Supercube Glasgow is looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Duty Manager to join our team.

This is a salaried position with a potential annual income of £29,900, including travel allowance, tips and service charge. Even better, this role comes with a 4-day working week, giving you more time outside of work while still building a strong career in hospitality and entertainment.

Please note: Most shifts finish between approximately 1am and 3am, so this role would best suit someone who currently lives in Glasgow and can reliably travel home after late finishes.

As Duty Manager, you will be an important part of the team responsible for running the venue day to day. Supercube is a fun, fast-paced karaoke venue, so no two shifts are exactly the same. Your role will include helping to deliver excellent customer service, supporting the bar and floor team, keeping the venue running smoothly, and making sure customers have a brilliant experience from the moment they arrive.

You will also help with opening, setting up, running and closing the venue to a high standard. This includes key holding responsibilities and working closely with the Venue Manager and wider management team. You will help lead and support both full-time and part-time staff, so previous experience supervising or delegating to junior team members would be helpful, but it is not essential.

We are looking for someone who is positive, confident, customer focused and happy to get stuck in. You do not need to have experience in a karaoke venue, as full training will be provided. Experience in hospitality, entertainment, bars, restaurants, hotels, cinemas, bowling alleys, casinos or nightclubs would be an advantage, but we are also happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, likes a lively atmosphere, and wants to be part of a venue where the focus is on giving customers a great night out.

If you are passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a busy and fun environment, and are ready to take the next step into a Duty Manager role, we would love to hear from you.
