The post holder will design, build, and manage analytics solutions that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights supporting clients' decision-making and brand planning needs.

Acting as the primary technical liaison between NeoHealthHub and the wider Cencora group, the post holder will ensure our technology capabilities align with Cencora's architectural and governance standards while remaining focused on delivering measurable client value.

This role is central to expanding our community-based analytics proposition to pharmaceutical brand teams at country level, building scalable, repeatable solutions that support annual brand planning cycles and drive long-term client partnerships. The post holder will report directly to the Senior Director, Client Services, and will work closely with the broader analytics and modelling team and client services teams to ensure technology solutions are fully integrated into NeoHealthHub's client delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Focused Analytics and Solution Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end design and delivery of analytics solutions as part of NeoHealthHub's client deliverables, ensuring every solution is built around client needs, timelines, and strategic objectives.
  • Translate client requirements into scalable data models, pipelines, and reporting assets, working with programme leads, the analytics and modelling team, and client services teams to ensure solutions are tailored and actionable.
  • Design and deploy Power BI datasets and reports that provide clients with clear, insight-rich outputs enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to enhance client-facing programme operations, including report distribution, notifications, and approvals.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance client deliverables through automation, improved visualisation, or new analytical approaches.

Data Engineering and Architecture

  • Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Databricks (PySpark/SQL) and Azure Data Factory, ensuring the infrastructure underpinning client solutions is reliable and scalable.
  • Develop and optimise analytical and semantic data models to maximise the quality and speed of client reporting.
  • Apply best practices in performance, reliability, and operational monitoring to ensure client-facing solutions are consistently accurate and available.

Cencora Technical Liaison and Governance

  • Act as NeoHealthHub's primary technical liaison with the wider Cencora group, ensuring solutions align with Cencora's architectural standards, security requirements, and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate with Cencora platform teams and internal stakeholders on plans, timelines, dependencies, progress, and risks.
  • Maintain data governance standards including KPI definitions, metadata, data lineage, classification, and catalogue entries.
  • Establish and monitor data quality checks and SLAs to ensure the integrity of data underpinning client deliverables.

Technical Leadership and Continuous Improvement

  • Provide technical guidance to BI developers, analysts, and contributors on NeoHealthHub workstreams, fostering quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the analytics and modelling team to ensure technical solutions complement and enhance analytical methodologies and client outputs.
  • Promote consistent development practices including Git workflows, code quality standards, testing, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance technology capabilities and improve the client experience through innovation.

  • Prior experience in consulting, analytics, or data delivery, ideally in similar environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred

  • Analytical and technical problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Planning and prioritisation across multiple workstreams.
  • Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with analytics, client services, and Cencora teams.
  • Ownership, reliability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Delivery of profitable client technical projects.
  • BI adoption metrics and positive client feedback.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of solutions against agreed specifications.
  • Compliance with data governance standards and data quality metrics.
  • Automation impact (manual steps removed, hours saved).
  • Effective coordination with Cencora platform teams, analytics and modelling team, and client services teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
