Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong understanding of the luxury retail, specialist food, hospitality and Food & Beverage (F&B) industries?

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our team on an exciting seasonal Christmas recruitment campaign supporting a prestigious luxury London retail client.

Based from our Mayfair head office, you will work closely with our team to source, screen and coordinate high-quality temporary staff across a range of specialist departments.

The Role

You will manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through to placement, ensuring we attract and secure the right candidates quickly and efficiently.

You will be recruiting across areas including:

• Fresh Food
• Charcuterie
• Barista / Food & Beverage (F&B)
• Butchers
• Wine & Spirit

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates through job boards
• Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews
• Assessing candidates against specific role requirements
• Managing a high volume of applications and candidate enquiries
• Building strong relationships with candidates
• Coordinating interviews, availability and onboarding
• Managing candidate records and recruitment administration
• Tracking vacancies and recruitment progress
• Working closely with the wider recruitment team to meet staffing requirements
• Following up candidates and keeping them engaged throughout the process
• Ensuring all candidate documentation and records are accurate and up to date
• Working to tight deadlines and seasonal recruitment targets

About You

We are looking for someone who understands this industry and can hit the ground running.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or Recruitment Coordinator experience

A strong understanding of luxury retail, specialist food, hospitality and Food & Beverage (F&B)

Experience recruiting for roles within food retail, hospitality, catering, barista or wine & spirits

• Existing knowledge of relevant candidate pools and talent networks
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
• A proactive, hands-on approach to recruitment
• The ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
• Strong IT, database and administration skills
• A genuine interest in people and delivering a positive candidate experience

This role would suit an experienced recruiter who enjoys high-volume temporary recruitment, understands the luxury and hospitality sectors and is confident working in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

• £28,700 PRO RATA (£17,100 per year)
• 3 days per week
• Temporary contract until mid-December
