Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and dynamic workplace.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and expense tracking
- Handle administrative support tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-maintained to promote productivity
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with clients and colleagues
