BARTENDER / EVENT BAR STAFF

Part-Time | Evenings & Weekends

Looking for a fun, flexible role in a beautiful wedding and events venue?

We're looking for friendly, reliable Bartenders to join our team at Southend Barns, one of West Sussex's leading wedding and events venues.

What you'll get:

The role:

  • Serving drinks, cocktails and premium beverages at weddings and events
  • Creating a welcoming experience for guests
  • Working as part of a professional events team
  • Maintaining high standards behind the bar

What we're looking for:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Friendly and confident with people
  • Able to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Previous bar or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential
  • Must be able to drive or reliably travel to Southend Barns

Experience with cocktails is welcome but not required. Full training will be provided, including cocktail preparation and service.
