Van Driver - multi-drop - Greater London plus

• Salary: £14.80 per hour (£36,940.80/annum) . You could earn up to £40,540.80 with bonuses.
• Discretionary Bonus Scheme
• Van Drivers= 48 hour per week, 6 days between Mon - Sat, 8 hour shift between 3AM and 2PM
• Multi Drop Delivery Driver
• At least 1 year delivery experience
• Bonus Scheme - £300 per month

Requirements:

As a result of our continued success, we are looking to strengthen our Transport Team. As a Delivery Driver the successful candidate will be required to deliver high quality perishable and non-perishable goods to our premium clients. We are proud of our enviable reputation and combined growth. With this in mind we are looking for like-minded, experienced multi-drop delivery drivers to join our team.

Flexibility and willingness to extend the extra mile to support the business is a key requirement for this role. Experience from a food company especially in fleet and stock management is highly desirable.

Tasks Include:

· Checking and loading & unloading own vehicle with items listed on the truck load sheets. Will need to push cages on & off lorry while unloading them at customer sites.

· Checking paperwork accurately while loading & unloading and route planning effectively

· Delivering mainly in Central London, other locations may be required

· Being able to count and carefully store products safely in the vehicle

· Responsibility of vehicle upkeep – cleanliness, preventing & reporting any damage

· Communicating and building relationships with customers and the office team

Required Attributes:

· Good level of numeracy and English language

· Ability to work under pressure, and always remain calm and respectful to others

· Physically fit and able to lift and drop stock manually

· 2-years previous driving experience - preferably Multi-drop Delivery

· You must be able to efficiently work within a high volume transport operation

· Must hold a UK Driving License, no more than 3 points

· Good attention to & eye for detail, whilst being able to cope with the demands of a fast paced and changing business. Pre-trip vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of vehicle.

· Effective team player as well as having the ability to work on own initiative

· Able to commit to weekend and Bank Holiday working
