Programme & Events Coordinator

Are you passionate about live events, entertainment, and creating memorable experiences?

Exmouth Pavilion is looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Programme & Events Coordinator to help shape and deliver an exciting programme of live entertainment, functions, conferences, and community events.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and bringing events to life from concept through to delivery. You'll work closely with colleagues across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Box Office to ensure our events programme continues to grow and thrive.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating and delivering a varied programme of live entertainment, events, functions and conferences.
  • Building strong relationships with promoters, agents, artists and industry contacts.
  • Managing event administration, contracts, scheduling and financial settlements.
  • Supporting the development of new events and commercial opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to maximise audience engagement and event success.
  • Ensuring events are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
