We are seeking a skilled and experienced School Chef Manager to join our team at Smitham Primary School . As part of this role you will be responsible for providing quality meals to Students and Staff in a Primary school and overseeing other kitchen staff members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements
  • Great time management skills
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
  • The ability to train and mentor other staff
  • Ordering stock/ stock control.

Work pattern

  • School Term Time only
  • Monday-Friday
  • 35 Hours Per Week
