We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Contract Catering Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead sales efforts within the contract catering sector, building strong relationships with clients and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have worked in Education Catering (private or state schools) be a proactive communicator with a knack for analysis and leadership, ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our contract catering services.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, and market analysis.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with school business manager and consultants to secure new contracts.
  • Lead negotiations and prepare proposals that align with schools specific needs while meeting company objectives.
  • Manage client information, and analyze pipeline performance.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Pref proven experience in sales and or School Catering Experience at Management level.
  • Strong analysis skills and bid writing ability.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and ops team.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas, negotiate deals, and build rapport with clients.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
