Fine Dining Waiters – Constellation Platinum | Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London

2026/27 Season | August 2026 – May 2027 | Primarily Weekend Matchdays & Events


Constellation Platinum is seeking experienced Fine Dining Waiters to deliver five-star service in premium suites and restaurants at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. From Premier League matchdays to NFL games and world-class boxing events, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, high-energy service across Tottenham Hotspur Stadium’s world-class hospitality spaces.


The 2026/27 season runs from August 2026 through to May 2027, with the majority of shifts taking place on weekends, alongside occasional weekday fixtures and special events. We are looking for team members who can commit to working most of the season and are available for the majority of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium fixtures.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional fine dining and silver service to VIP guests, corporate clients and premium hospitality customers.
  • Provide polished, attentive table service throughout each guest's dining experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest hospitality standards.
  • Confidently present menus, serve food and beverages, and deliver multi-course dining with precision and professionalism.
  • Present, open and serve wines in accordance with fine dining service standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond proactively to requests, and create memorable hospitality experiences.
  • Maintain immaculate table presentation, venue standards and attention to detail at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house team to deliver seamless service during matchdays and world-class events.


What We’re Looking For:

✅ A minimum of 12 months' experience within a fine dining, silver service or luxury hospitality environment.

✅ Previous experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, private members' clubs or premium event hospitality is highly desirable.

✅ A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with confidence, warmth and professionalism.

✅ Outstanding presentation, communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

✅ The ability to remain calm, organised and composed while delivering high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

✅ Excellent knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food service and wine service, or a strong willingness to further develop these skills.

✅ A reliable, punctual and flexible approach, with availability for the majority of weekend fixtures throughout the August–May season, including selected weekday matches and special events where possible.
