Bar & Catering Supervisor

Hamilton Golf Club

Hamilton Golf Club is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar & Catering Supervisor to join our team and help deliver an excellent food and beverage experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising the day-to-day operation of the bar and catering services
  • Preparing and managing weekly staff rotas
  • Ordering and controlling bar and catering supplies
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of club events and functions
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and presentation
  • Assisting with stock control and maintaining compliance with health and safety requirements
  • Supporting and motivating the bar and catering team

About You

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, catering, or licensed premises is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in staff scheduling and stock purchasing
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • A flexible and positive approach to work
  • Excellent customer service skills
