Job description

As a Wedding and Events Planner, you will be passionate about hospitality and your warm, genuine personality will shine through as you welcome new clients and maintain relationships already established in a diligent and professional manner.

You will be working directly alongside the wedding and events manager supporting them in their day-to-day administrative tasks, including:

- Ensuring all details for bookings are kept efficiently and information is handed over to the relevant departments on time.

- This is a varied role combining office-based planning at our kitchens, on-site delivery of weddings and events with our team, and flexible home-based working.

- Run tasting sessions here at our kitchens for our couples, scheduling a time and date, and on the day, laying up the tasting room and serve the food, build a good relationship with the client and answer any questions they have about their menu, the logistics for the day or about the business.

You will run catering on the day of the wedding, overseeing the Front of House team and delivering seamless service of food and drinks.

- This is a rare and exciting opportunity that will suit someone who is looking to work in the Hospitality industry at a managerial level.

- The role will be best suited to someone with a background in hospitality events, hotels or restaurants.
