The main function of the role is to effectively attend commercial customer sites to service & repair catering and laundry equipment (desirable) through efficient hands- on professional approach which is totally customer focused. You may also be required to assist our projects team with complete kitchen installations.

Duties and Responsibilities

This role includes but is not restricted to the following duties and responsibilities;

• Accountable and responsible for repairing and servicing catering equipment
• Answerable and dependable for installing & commissioning commercial catering equipment
• Bring part of an inspiring team of engineers
• Sourcing parts to ensure no interruption to services
• Allocate parts to jobs, completing job sheets on site electronically
• Dealing with customers in a professional and efficient manner
• Internal and external correspondence, electronically, written and verbally
• Liaising with different departments in regard to queries and sales orientation
• Report to service manager and work to company Visions & Values
• All other duties as required

Experience/Skills Required

• Able to confidently work on popular commercial catering equipment
• Ability to lead by example & motivate with self-discipline
• Gas Qualifications essential
• Basic IT skills are essential
• The ability to work efficiently as part of one happy family as well as an individual
• Ability to follow agreed company operating procedures and comply to Visions & Values
• Excellent customer service skills are essential
• Self-starter able to work to deadlines & complete tasks to a high level
• Practise extreme commitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Commercial Catering Equipment Repairs: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
