Full job description

The College has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Supervisor to join the Catering Department.

This is a hands-on role and is an integral part of ensuring Corpus is a leader in the Hospitality sector and provides outstanding service to all members of the College community and external dinner, conference and summer school guests.

With demonstrable skills to deliver a first-class front of house service to ensure total customer satisfaction, the successful candidate will be professional and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business. The role will require leading by example and setting high standards to exceed customers’ expectations.

The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience, have great organisational and observational skills, experienced in banqueting/restaurants/buffet service and in leading a small skilled team.
