Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our Smokehouse kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in culinary arts and food production, with a focus on food safety and quality. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of taste and presentation while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Duties

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to the preferences of our clientele.
  • Oversee food production processes, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene practices within the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and professional development within the team.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
