Full job description

We are looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Catering Administrator / Hub Shop Assistant to join our busy Catering Team. This is a varied role providing administrative support to the Catering Manager, chefs, dieticians and wider catering team, while also assisting with the day-to-day running of the Hub Shop when required.

The role will include maintaining catering and dietary records, updating allergen and special diet information, liaising with chefs and dieticians, processing invoices and delivery notes, preparing documents and signage, responding to enquiries and assisting with general catering administration.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in an administrative role and data input
  • Be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • The ability to prioritise their own workload and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A systematic, trustworthy and proactive approach

Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday, Term time only

Shift times: 09:00 – 14:00

Salary: £14,997 per annum
