Full job description

We’re excited to be expanding our kitchen team at The Lost Barn - an award-winning coffee roastery with a vibrant open-plan café and farm store, nestled in a stunning rural setting. Since opening three years ago, we’ve grown into a popular destination, and now we’re entering an exciting new chapter.

With our brand-new event space nearing completion in the meadow, we’re expanding our kitchen facilities and looking for an enthusiastic chef to join our team at this pivotal time.

About the Role
We’re seeking someone with proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally working with seasonal menus. You’ll collaborate closely with our talented senior team to help shape the future of our food offering. Alongside preparing and serving our brunch-style menu to a high standard, you’ll also work with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create artisan products for our farm store.

Most exciting of all, you’ll be part of launching our new event space—think outdoor BBQs, sharing platters, and seasonal feasts. Experience in event or banqueting catering is a big plus.

What You’ll Join
You’ll become part of a passionate, professional, and supportive hospitality team that values creativity, collaboration, and quality.
