Are you an experienced School Chef Manager looking for a new role? Look no further! We have a great school role in Essex, with a great team- working 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. That's all the school holidays off but paid every month!

Starting 1st September 2026.

The role is based at our schools around Essex so ability to travel necessary.

This is an opportunity for a great Chef to work in a fantastic company, which has growth in this area and is dedicated to serving exceptional food to our exceptional students!

This is a fabulous role with a great existing team and wonderful clients.

You will be supported with a company that gives training on all aspects of the role and invest in your growth

You will report directly to the operations manager and may be required to support with other sites locally.

Key duties in this role include:

  • Cooking and providing students with a great offer!
  • Driving the Sales and Food standard
  • Providing an excellent service
  • Building great student and staff relationships
  • Managing financial reporting
  • Leading and inspiring your Team
  • Overseeing the training of the team
  • Food ordering and stock control
  • Management of the kitchen
  • Staff development
  • Client satisfaction
  • You will be responsible for the full compliance , Health and Safety of the kitchen

This is permanent role, working 35 hours per week between 07:00am to 15:00pm, Monday to Friday, term - time only.
