About Us:

Drgnfly is an upscale Pan-Asian restaurant renowned for delivering a fusion of innovative Asian cuisine with exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen and take our culinary offerings to the next level. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and talented individual who is eager to drive the creative direction of our menu while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in food preparation and service.
  • Design and develop innovative, seasonal menus that reflect the fusion of Pan-Asian cuisine.
  • Oversee food quality and presentation to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
  • Manage and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring high morale, training, and skill development.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
  • Control kitchen costs, including inventory management, food wastage, and supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and catering opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Head Chef in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant, in Asian or fusion cuisine.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong creative vision with an eye for detail in food presentation and menu development.
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, budgeting, and food cost control.
  • Passion for high-quality, fresh ingredients, and sustainable practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
