Looking for exciting, flexible work in a lively, fast-paced environment?

Constellation is recruiting friendly, energetic hospitality staff to join our team at the iconic Market Rasen Racecourse for the 2026 racing season. Whether you’re experienced or looking to build your skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to work at a prestigious venue and be part of unforgettable race days.

Market Rasen Racecourse

Legsby Road, Market Rasen, LN8 3EA

  • ️ This is a remote location — applicants must have their own transport.

Applicants must be available to work some or all of the race dates:


Roles Available

We are recruiting for the following event-day positions, you must have prior experience in this role:

  • Catering Assistants
  • Till Operators
  • Cup Collectors


You must have a experience, be chatty, approachable, and confident personality — excellent customer interaction is key in all roles.


Role Overview

As part of the Constellation team, you will help deliver outstanding hospitality experiences across our bars, restaurants, and hospitality areas.


Duties may include:

  • Providing friendly, professional customer service
  • Serving food and drinks efficiently
  • Taking orders and processing payments via POS systems
  • Preparing and clearing tables
  • Maintaining clean and organised work areas
  • Preparing simple food and hot drinks
  • Working closely with teammates to ensure smooth service
  • Adapting to busy, high-energy event environments

  • Must have expereince in the role you are applying for.
  • Must be able to work with alcohol
