Full job description

- Minimum of four years experience working at CDP or Junior Sous level

- Long term position.

- Average working week is approx 40-45 hours, working 5 days of 7.

- Role involves working on preparation of fresh food in all areas and be competent assisting in all aspects of service.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
