About the Role

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Catering Assistants and Bar Staff to join our team, working either in our café or onboard our heritage trains. This is a varied and customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent service in a unique and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving food and drinks to customers in the café or onboard train services
  • Providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience to all visitors
  • Taking orders and handling payments accurately
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all catering areas
  • Restocking supplies
  • Supporting special events and themed dining experiences as required
