Relief Chef Manager – South and South West

Relief Chef/Manager Benefits

· Excellent Salary - Up to £40,000 per annum

· We offer our Relief Chef Managers 23 days annual leave plus bank Holidays

Relief Chef /Manager Role overview

· 40 hours per week. Hours as required by the business.

· Ideally based in or close to Plymouth

· Excellent Annual Salary of Up to £40,000.

· The role entails operational support to sites in the South and South West of England region as well as covering Chef Managers’ throughout their annual leave.

· For excessive distance or extended assignments, the Company will arrange accommodation at their own expense and mileage will be reimbursed at current HMRC rates. Expenses are paid twice per month, ensuring speedy reimbursement of expenditure.

· Providing relief cover across a range of contract catering business sites, mostly Business and Industry and some Care & Education sites. Services including breakfast, lunches, hospitality and client functions. This is inclusive of submitting weekly financial returns and forecasting.

· Supporting the Operations with new site mobilisations.

· To provide Operational Support to the business by means of Food Safety and Health & Safety Audits

· To work with the onsite teams in order to build, inspire and develop the team motivating them to continually improve on the standards of service, food quality, and overall customer experience whilst at the same time managing the service to budget.

· To ensure strict adherence to Food Safety/ Health & Safety legislation and record keeping.

· Representing TNS to the highest standards in all locations visited.
