Most of our business is centred on the wedding market. We offer exceptional personalised service to each of our clients whether they are planning a formal marquee wedding for 400 guests or an intimate dinner party for close friends.

The Position

We are looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, hands-on sous chef. The right candidate will be highly organised with excellent skills in all departments of kitchen work.

Role requirements:

•⁠ Senior support to the head chef in all aspects of kitchen planning, preparation and administration.

•⁠ Skilled lead management of busy event kitchen teams on location.

•⁠ The ability to work closely with front of house leaders prior to and during events.

Most of our events are at weekends, prep work is largely achieved during weekday daytime hours. This position would be attractive to chefs not wanting to work numerous late nights and split shifts in their standard working week.

A passion for good food is key within this role. Enthusiasm in sourcing quality, local ingredients, careful preparation and thoughtful presentation are essential qualities we are looking for. A keen interest in contemporary food would also be fundamental to this position as we constantly research and develop our menus.


A minimum of four years of kitchen work is required.

Experience in running larger events would be extremely valuable.


Food Hygiene Level 2 or higher.
