Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
• Support chefs and cooks in the kitchen by performing various tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Help with meal preparation for catering events or daily service as required.
• Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Participate in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service.
