We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Culinary Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in food preparation and cooking, who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety while contributing to an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

This position is to cover in various primary and secondary schools across the region. You must have a car, mileage expenses paid monthly @ .45p per mile

Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
