Full job description

Enviromontel is a leading flow monitoring, training and rescue service provider across many industries. With a history of safety excellence, we have developed special expertise in hazardous and unusual environments.

Working in partnership with our clients, we provide specialist solutions to their strategic priorities which enables them to operate in a more efficient and safe way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out CCTV inspections of foul, surface water, and combined sewer systems using crawler and push-rod camera systems
  • Conduct pre- and post-rehabilitation surveys to verify condition and quality of CIPP installations
  • Identify, classify, and code pipe defects in accordance with MSCC5 or specific client standards
  • Accurately measure pipe dimensions, material types, flow conditions, and structural integrity
  • Produce clear, detailed, and professional survey reports using industry-standard software
  • Upload, manage, and maintain digital survey data within internal and client systems
  • Provide on-site technical feedback to Site Engineers and Project Managers
  • Assist with site setup, traffic management coordination, and confined space operations where required
  • Maintain CCTV vehicles, camera systems, and associated equipment in good working order
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, company procedures, and environmental standards
  • Represent Enviromontel Ltd professionally when working on client sites

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a CCTV Surveyor within the drainage or utilities sector
  • Certified to OS19X minimum. OS21X desirable but training can be offered to right candidate.
  • Strong working knowledge of MSCC5 defect coding and condition grading. MSCC4 candiates may be offered conversion course to MSCC5.
  • Experience with Wincan VX equipment and reporting software
  • Experience with using Ipek Cctv equipment desirable.
  • Confident in identifying structural defects, infiltration, root ingress, fractures, deformation, and service defects
  • Experience working in live sewer environments and understanding flow control practices
  • Experience of walkthrough surveys in large diameter sewers desirable but training can be offered to right candidate
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary site team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Confined Space and CSCS accreditation (desirable)

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
