Lettings Negotiator – Prime Central London Luxury Portfolio

This role is for an experienced and driven negotiator with a proven track record in the prime luxury rental market in central London. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-value environment, enjoy working with international landlords and tenants, and have a genuine understanding of the lifestyle, amenities, and service standards these clients expect. With our high stock levels and premium rental values, the right candidate — bringing the right expertise, work ethic, and persistence — can expect to earn strong commission.

About Us

Founded in 2016, Crown Home Buying and Letting (CHBL) is a full-service luxury estate agency specialising in the sale and rental of apartments in central London's most iconic residential buildings — including One Blackfriars, Southbank Place, Sugar Quay (Landmark Place), One Park Drive and other landmark high-end developments.

What We Offer

  • A highly competitive package: basic pay plus strong commission, reflecting the rental values you'll be working with
  • A consistent pipeline of luxury stock in central London's most prestigious towers
  • Direct exposure to an international tenant and landlord base — a genuinely global role
  • Core hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Weekend availability required on a rota basis to handle enquiries — no need to come into the office, you can cover remotely
  • A friendly, collaborative team that motivates and backs each other
  • Heavy investment in tech and tools so your time goes into deals, not admin

The Right Candidate Will Have

  • Minimum 2 years as a lettings negotiator in prime central London (Zones 1–2)
  • A proven track record letting high-end leasehold apartments in concierge-led, amenity-rich developments — familiarity with buildings like One Blackfriars, Southbank Place, Sugar Quay, One Park Drive, or directly comparable schemes
  • Direct experience working with overseas landlords and international tenants — corporate relocations, overseas investors, HNW individuals, embassies, family offices
  • A genuine appreciation for the lifestyle, amenities, and service standards these clients expect, from concierge and spa facilities to private dining, fitness suites, and residents' lounges
  • Confidence operating across time zones and adapting to different cultural expectations around service and communication
  • A real enjoyment of a fast-paced, high-value market
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • A polished, professional manner appropriate to a luxury client base

Desirable

  • ARLA Propertymark qualified
  • Existing landlord and tenant network in prime central London

Main Responsibilities

  • Qualify applicants to understand their objectives, needs, and budget
  • Handle enquiries and match applicants with suitable properties
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate offers between tenants and landlords
  • Prepare tenancy documents and oversee referencing, Right to Rent, AML, and sanction checks
  • Liaise with overseas landlords across different time zones, providing regular updates and market insight
  • Monitor the central London market to identify new schemes and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and shared drive
  • Promote the portfolio across social media to enhance exposure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company events
  • Private dental insurance

Experience:

  • Lettings negotiators: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person
