Our Bournemouth office is a vibrant and supportive environment where every team member plays a crucial role in our success.

  • Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and maintain the company’s CRM and telephony systems.
  • Set up new starters with laptops, phones, headsets, accounts, and permissions; deliver IT inductions and support smooth desk moves.
  • Maintain a clear inventory of hardware and software; track allocation and life cycle of equipment.
  • Ensure IT security standards are met, including MFA, password policy, device encryption, and access control.
  • Keep documentation up to date (system maps, IT processes, troubleshooting guides).
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal IT processes, employee experience, and system reliability.
  • Support future growth by advising on tools, licences, and IT infrastructure requirements.

What we're looking for:
    • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues in an IT support environment.
    • Strong Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, security & compliance centre).
    • Solid understanding of VoIP systems and telephony management.
    • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred, but any major CRM is useful).
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and prioritise well.
    • Proactive, organised, and detail-driven with a solutions-focused mindset.
    • Clear and approachable communication style, able to support technical and non-technical users alike.
    • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Benefits
    • Annual salary: £30-35,000 per year
    • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
    • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for every year of service, plus your birthday off and Christmas shutdown
